The settlement benefits individuals who received a call from A Place for Mom Inc. between Aug. 7, 2013, and Aug. 15, 2019. There are two groups of Class Members in the settlement: Group 1 Class Members who could be identified from the companies records and Group 2 Class Members who could not be identified through these records.
