I've been sitting at happiness 79^ for several real-time hours now, thinking every time I come back from a quest it will go up and never does. I have the settlements at the easiest settings, with a good leader (Sturges) and tended to every individual need myself via cap donations and junk donations on many occasions but still nothing.

So I played with the 3 in one version for around 8 hours in total. I was so bussy playing the game that I didn't notice the Settlers haven't build a damn thing and most of them where doing nothing around Santuary, I wasted around 3 hours reading forums, reinstaling, mods, watching tutorial videos...
