Ghouls don't seem to turn feral very often in Commonwealth. There's exactly one instance of that mentioned in the game. Generally they either go straight to feral at the beginning or never become one.

We also have accounts of ghouls both turning instantly feral upon ghoulification while other ghouls remain non-feral for centuries. This contradicts the idea of age being the cause and seriously puts into doubt the idea that all ghouls turn feral.Aug 22, 2018
