Per settlement, just one network connection is required. Provisioners are Settlers who are assigned to supply lines. Provisioners cannot be killed, despite the fact that they are mortal on the Survival difficulty.

I feel that ghouls have been getting too "pretty"

I honestly like having a voiced main character

I think that people shit on voiced main characters way too much. The voice acting in fallout 4 definitely wasn’t top notch, and sometimes a little annoying. BUT I still do really hope that in the next game we have a voiced protagonist again, maybe even the ability to choose from different ones.
