
Is this mod safe to use with Sim settlements?
This mod may need to be close to the bottom of your load order to avoid conflicts with Sim Settlements (Unconfirmed). Can completely destroy your workshop system over time (doesn't happen to everyone, but I don't recommend risking it).
Is it possible to make a mod without parenting to settlements?
While this can be done without parenting to Sim Settlements, it's a ton more work and will inflate the size of their mod. By making this an ESM, other mods can set this as a Master File and make direct use of some of the objects in Sim Settlements.
What changes have been made to the SIM settlement?
- Robots no longer require food, water, and homes in the Sim Settlement calculations. - Robots are no longer assignable to residential plots. They don’t need them! This may become an optional feature in the future. - Made changes to the message system to reduce the likelihood building upgrades are reported from the wrong settlement.
Can you still own a house as a settler in Sims 4?
- Settlers will no longer be able to own vanilla work and Sim Settlements jobs (they can still own a home plus vanilla work). To fix existing multiple assignment issues, store the vanilla object in the workshop and place it again.

Alternate Start Infinite Answer
This mod messes with the Workshops array. It will not only prevent Sim Settlements from working correctly in some settlements, but many other mods and features. This mod was discontinued and should no longer be used.

There are plenty of alternatives to this to increase your build limit. This particular mod includes old versions of vanilla scripts (which is really bad). I've messaged the mod author about it, but have never heard back.

Where are the Sim Settlements Craftable items?
As a workaround, the Sim Settlements Craftable items can still be crafted in the City Planner's bench (located in the Sim Settlements Workshop Menu, under Furniture).
How to use the View Plaque button?
To use the View Plaque button, activate the Place Anywhere object in your inventory under Aid (you can craft this at the Chem Workbench under Utility, if you don't have it). This will bring up a menu, change the Options Menu to OFF.

In version 1.0, this mod adds the start of that vision by allowing you to place down zones (ala Sim City) that will make your settlers create buildings of the appropriate type in that zone. It includes a series of systems to help bring your settlements to life, and make them more dynamic and interesting to engage with.
