This trophy description is somewhat misleading, as it has been reported that you need to have 5 tamed creatures in a settlement at the same time. Basically, you have to pacify all five creatures at the same time without any of them dying upon release.

Guessing naturally non-hostile animals like gorillas, cats, junkyard dogs, etc. are, like settlers, protected from attack via the beta wave emitter. But naturally hostile creatures don't get the same protection, so when 2 different hostile species are together, neither getting the benefit of beta wave protection, you get a battle.

The beacon only works for you and settlers. Animals will still be hostile towards other animals, of different species. That's what I thought too and is the case with the actual wild species as I've watched a 3 way fight to the death between a Deathclaw, Rad Scorpion and Yao Gui back when I thought the beacon tamed all.

I think you only atract those hostile npcs when they are caged. Once released I think theres no problem. And you can always store the cages after you are happy with the ammount of new friends!

Errrr. No. There is a slight problem with that idea. If you have a captive deathclaw in your settlement it wall cause the settlement to be attacked by groups of deathclaws. That is not good. Unless you have mega defences.
