Fill up the gaps with junk. Use Nuka Cola machines, bookshelfs, Closests, stuff you find around the setlment you can pick up instead of scrap. By doing this you create actuall junk walls that look like they were part of the game in the first place instead of these very boring looking copy paste crap everyone seems to be building.
