Killing Overseer Barstow will not reward the Sole Survivor with the legendary vault suit. When the player character kills Overseer Barstow, they become the new vault overseer, thus acquiring the Oversight trophy. Killing her while she leaves the vault at the end of the experiments will make all of the settlers hostile.

i finished all the quests of vault 88, i not need that beacon for quest... You can test this by simply turning off the existing beacon and placing a standard one then leave the vault and see if it still shows up on the radio tab in your pipboy.

So I'm not to far in it but when I first took over red rocket ad my first outpost I had 18 people, over time they all disappeared now I'm down to 4, can I use the settlement recruitment beacon to bring more raiders?
Character can't move after Sanctuary rebuilt
After assigning a companion to lead Sanctuary and having them rebuild it, my character can't move or open pipboy. I've tried enableplayercontrols and coc. Any suggestions?
