What happens to settlers as they settle?
As your settlement develops, your settlers will begin investing in their homes and businesses. As buildings improve, they will grow and become more interesting looking and will provide increasing benefits to your settlement.
How many industrial plots are there in a level 3 settlement?
Martial - To advance residential plots, they must be powered, your settlers must be reasonably happy, and the settlement must have at least 2 industrial plots for level 2, and at least 4 industrial plots for level 3 (they can be any type of industrial or advanced industrial, including interior).
How many levels are there in the settlers?
Each building has three levels. Levels are unlocked over time provided your settlement meets certain requirements such as fulfilling the needs of your settlers and creating the right mix of homes and jobs. The first level is built automatically once a settler is assigned to your plot.
