What does the Settlement provide?#N#As part of the Settlement, Everi agreed to create a Settlement Fund of Fourteen Million Dollars ($14,000,000.00). The Settlement Fund will be used to pay all valid claims (on a “pro rata” basis, so each Settlement Class Member who submits a valid claim will receive the same amount of money from the Settlement), costs of administering the Settlement, attorneys’ fees and costs, and any incentive payments to the Representative Plaintiffs. Everi has also already agreed and implemented changes to its customer receipt templates to address the issues raised in the litigation.
