Wrong cheque, wrong amount to wrong address

Posted a review 2 days ago and now unbelievably they have sent the last cheque to the wrong address for the wrong amount £120 less than funds due and claimed its a replacement cheque and have stopped the other one..yet 6 days ago they agreed the full sum was due. Utterly incompetent

Very Poor customer service

Multiple attempts to request information have not been succesful. Information promised to arrive over the mail that does not arrive even after multiple attemps. They cannot provide any information even the most basic forms via email.

Horrible web site and customer service

Horrible web site (design from the 1990's) and awful phone service. I forgot my secret question answer and it locked me out and said "try later". I have had three calls dropped, horrible audio quality on all and still on hold for 30 mins trying to sell a measly 30 shares of stock I have had for 20 years.

Absolutely awful - My account was locked saying the password was wrong I had to wait two weeks for a reset key by post from US to Switzerland and when I entered it it said it had expired, no way to do this over phone or email.

This company is a joke! More than happy to take and hold your funds, good luck trying to sell or transfer them. To sell or transfer requires broker involvement. They will not email forms or documents, Snail Mail only. Once you submit the transfer/ sell requests, they will claim they did not receive, some issue exist, more information needed, etc.
