Run away quickly!

When you realize this is a scam and stop your enrollment, monarch does nothing with the accounts. They continue to stay on as reps even though I requested clarification during the cancellation call about a transition letter. I received a notification of garnishment on an account that Monarch failed to send the letter of cancellation to.

What a scam. Was told they will settle debts and overall saving nearly 40% by settling and now I am told I am going to have to extend my original contract to give more money which now will be more than what my total debt was. How can this be? What a joke!!! They better refund me and I’ll settle things myself. If not I’ll be in contact with the BBB.

Please be aware they are only here to take your money. I paid them $9000 and they didn’t do anything for me and I was getting sued. I cancel the service and they would only refund me small portion of it back.
