Georgio Brutini Men's leather shoe
I purchased a pair of Georgio Brutini mens leather shoe in 2017. I have probably worn the shoes about 20-25 times. Today both soles cracked in several places and the synthetic heel disintegrated on one side. The shoes have been stored along with my other shoes in a moisture free temperate atmosphere and the tops look like new.

Honestly reading some of these reviews made me hesitant to order from Zappos in the first place, but I really wanted to purchase the Sam Endelman Larina Tall Boot which was sold out on the actual website. I'm not sure where the disconnect is for some customers, but I had zero problems with my purchase.
