Lost their reputation - Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, really gone way down. I don't know what has changed but I used Zappos for years and loved their customer service. The last few years they have gone way down in reliability, courtesy and knowledge. No more friendly, upbeat and articulate customer service.

Great Service

I am happy with the service. I have been used Zappos 4/5 times for shoes. Their cost is slightly higher and items are available in fewer quantities but the overall experience is very good.

Georgio Brutini Men's leather shoe

I purchased a pair of Georgio Brutini mens leather shoe in 2017. I have probably worn the shoes about 20-25 times. Today both soles cracked in several places and the synthetic heel disintegrated on one side. The shoes have been stored along with my other shoes in a moisture free temperate atmosphere and the tops look like new.

Don't purchase from Zappos!

After two badly handled purchases and deliveries, first one arrived a week late and the product was good. The second purchase never arrived. My advice, DON'T PURCHASE FROM ZAPPOS, they have no idea what they're doing.

Perfectly content

Honestly reading some of these reviews made me hesitant to order from Zappos in the first place, but I really wanted to purchase the Sam Endelman Larina Tall Boot which was sold out on the actual website. I'm not sure where the disconnect is for some customers, but I had zero problems with my purchase.

The old zappos is dead

The old zappos is dead. VIP free expedited shipping is no more. They mailed one shipment UPS surepost and the other UPS ground. Neither are expedited services. They use to ship same or next business day, no longer the standard. I'm returning all $750 ordered out of principle.

Used to love Zappos

Used to love Zappos, not anymore. They have gone downhill fast. Phone customer service employees are in Jamaica, not all speak good English, and terrible background noise. Where are the American workers? Also, on 2 occasions messed up my orders.
