On March 24, 2010, the grand jury returned a sealed Second Superseding Indictment which added the following defendants: Jeffrey Turino, Nickolaj Vissokovsky and Jeffrey Mitchell. In addition, several new charges were added, alleging that certain defendants engaged in a conspiracy to conduct an enterprise engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity, a conspiracy to sell unregistered securities and to commit securities fraud and a conspiracy to commit money laundering. On May 6, 2010, the Second Superseding Indictment was unsealed.

Edwards, et al., alleges as follows: the defendants combined and conspired to perpetrate a fraud involving the issuance and sale of CMKM stock over a period of several years. It is my opinion that the CMKX payouts are directly tied to the new financial system. This is the reason for the ongoing delays as is the reason for the delays with Dinar RV, Prosperity Programs, World Global Settlements.

The stocks were traded a couple years ago as penny stocks.. I thought it was gold mining stock..??? and I know there is a halt in the stocks as there is a lawsuit..???

A recent unnamed US Government insider has mentioned how important the Iraqi Dinar is to much of the penny stock investing community.

I think it's more linked with the NESARA stuff than the dinar. That is definitely the case with Al Hodge, so I assume that is true for CKMX as well. But here is some interesting reading:

After losing at every federal court level the CMKX case was finally appealed to the US Supreme Court and they refused to hear it, the case is dead, they LOST. I think the decision was in April or May of 2013.
