Discoverability

Under-Cities and the buildings they construct are invisible to all other factions as long as they are not discovered.

Ruins

This is available to all races except hordes. Creates a level 0 settlement which can be repaired. If vandalism buildings are present, then they must be demolished first. Costs money and takes troops/health from every unit in the army.
