OLED Power Cycle Issue Workaround

In case you are experiencing the blank screen on power issue with the OLED models, I stumbled upon a bit of a workaround. When the TV is in the bad state with no menus appearing, the vizio SmartCast app is still able to soft power cycle the TV. If it complains there's no connection at first, turn off the tv and back on with the remote.

Well, on my third soundbar now. I hesitated updating my firmware for the longest time since my third bar has worked fine with the exception of the handshake with eARC. Seeing that the latest update fixed it, I figured why not.
