Sim Settlement 3.0's interior plots seem much more suited to stacking than the external plots; Currently prepping to try them with Vault 88. I also noticed in one of KingGaths tutorial vids a note he made about the way attach points were at the edges of pieces and removing wall points before stacking that suddenly explained various issues I've had with getting things to connect (SS and otherwise).
