DOVER — If you didn't know anyone at 7th Settlement Brewery, you could make a friend in five minutes. At least that's what Tom Pearce, a former server, said about the establishment at 47 Washington St. inside the Cocheco Mills which announced Tuesday it would shut its doors permanently.
