Alarm.com does suck
Alarm.com does suck. Their contact plates fall off before their first year is up, the cameras only work if you upgrade, their devices are cheap, and the customer service is terrible! Run...don't walk, RUN!!!

Absolutely the worse system
Absolutely the worse system! The so called Teck people are the same! Spent 6200.00 most times the camera’s go off line .
From an Installer's POV
I work for an installer, and the service is not great. The only part of the service that works with any degree of reliability is remote arm/disarm and notifications of such. Video, including the doorbell is just the worst.
The system is crap
The system is crap, doorbell hasn't worked from the get go, They damaged my Garage door with the install of the driveway camera.
