I tried to contact the GM for the service issue several times but I was not able to contact them. I was told to call the president's office to complain by a staff! Why the GM will not talk? Management staffs are ill-trained and immature. I Hope Staples can focus on customer service for my business.

If I could give zero stars I would. I used to work for this place locally. The manager's hands were tied by corporate so badly it wasn't funny. I left on good terms. I ordered a computer chair online, with a "expected delivery date" of 11/23. They charged a 9.99 "Handling Fee" for it, even though it is their brand of chair.
