SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
On June 30, 2009, President Obama signed into law the Webcaster Settlement Act of 2009 (“WSA”), Public Law 111-36, which amends section 114 of the Copyright Act, title 17 of the United States Code, as it relates to webcasters.
