Why is Vault 111 so small in Fallout 76?
The main reason for this is because it was a cryogenic vault, and there weren't nearly as many people in Vault 111 when compared to the other vaults in the Fallout world. It is easy to miss how small Vault 111 is initially because the player is trying to escape at the beginning of the game.
Layout
Vault 111 is one of the first areas that you will explore in the game, both in pre-war and post-war. After the events of the Great War, it is one of the few locations to remain relatively untouched by both nuclear fallout and the surviving populace above.

Why is vault 111 so interesting?
Overall, Vault 111 is one of the most interesting locations in the game, not only because the player was frozen there for 200 years, but also because of the nature of the experiments that were being performed inside of the Vault. A lot of players, unfortunately, missed some of the best things inside of this location.
How to re-enter vault 111?
The player can re-enter Vault 111 whenever they wish simply by heading to the location and pressing the button in the guard tower. This will allow the player to explore Vault 111 to their heart's content even after finishing the main questline.
What vault is Fallout 4 in?
Most Fallout 4 players leave Vault 111 without giving it a second thought, but it turns out that it's harboring a ton of useful items and secrets.
How many jumpsuits are there in Vault 111?
5 Extra Vault 111 Suits. There are multiple Vault 111 jumpsuits that the players can find when they are exploring Vault 111, but they can be easily missed because they are scattered throughout the Vault and are not immediately present in the player's path when they are trying to escape the Vault at the beginning of the game.
What do companions think of vault 111?
Companions specifically comment on the player's dead spouse, and they all have a sweet line of dialogue that may help to cheer up the Sole Survivor.
What are security batons?
The Security Batons are great for players that want to start a melee build for their character, and these are the earliest melee weapons that can be obtained in the game. It is easy to miss these Security Batons, as they aren't as easy to see as the pistol that players obtain in Vault 111.
What did Deacon know about the sole survivor?
It seems that Deacon knew that the Sole Survivor would eventually emerge and wanted to gain their assistance for defeating the Institute. Deacon also seems to be watching the player in major cities, including Diamond City and Goodneighbor.
