Can you make settlements in Fallout 3?
No. The original Fallout 3 was not created with settlements in mind and a lot of things would have to be reworked to accurately shove that feature in. However, there should be no reason mods that allow you to establish settlements anywhere you want shouldn't work with The Capital Wasteland.

After the initial battle between The AntAgonizer and The Mechanist, some of their minions ( Ants or Robots) might glitch and be left standing there forever. They do not attack unless provoked but no dialogue will be available between them and the player.

Why are the people of Sanctuary such dicks?
I rescue these people from raiders and a deathclaw out of the kindness of my heart, and as much as I try to tell Preston to piss off, he keeps telling me I should listen to him and his crazy jet addict friend. Was walking around Boston when i saw a radio tower. So I went there and turn it on. In this moment i found the Miller family radio station. The station was a prerecorded message saying that a family was trap in a bunker almost out of air, and asking for help. So, out of emotion, I run off to find them just above a scrappyard full of super mutant.
